Lithora AI
Lithora AI reads your issues, docs and GitHub activity as one graph, then acts on it under your approval: decomposing sprints, moving work to done as pull requests land, reviewing PRs and triaging CI failures. Every write waits for you first.
The runtime
Most tools bolt on a sidebar that can summarise and nothing else. Lithora AI runs as a state machine with confirmation gates and an audit trail — three steps, every time.
Over the context you actually linked — tasks, projects, files, pull requests — not a general model guessing at your work.
Every write is staged behind a confirmation gate. Nothing reaches GitHub or your workspace until you approve it.
Then it executes the plan under your own permissions, and writes what it did to the action audit trail.
Capabilities
Shipped today, each one behind your approval.
Give it a project and a capacity and the Sprint Planner proposes a coherent sprint from your backlog. Ask it to break an issue down and a one-line spec becomes work, subtasks and acceptance criteria.
Reasoning over the linked context, it proposes a plan, waits for confirmation, then executes — carrying an issue through branch, pull request and review.
On each PR it reads the diff, scores risk and stages a review — comment or request changes — for your one-tap approval. It never posts to GitHub on its own. Reviews are pooled monthly: 5 per seat on Pro, 15 on Scale.
When CI fails it reads the logs, diagnoses the failure and opens an owned fix task — storm-protected, so a flapping pipeline cannot spam the board.
Ask in plain language — who has worked on the checkout flow, what did we decide about billing — and it answers from your team’s tasks, PRs, docs and people, with sources cited.
Reviewer-friendly PR descriptions, grouped release notes on publish, daily standups, and meeting summaries turned into action items. Drafted and staged, never sent blind.
Control
Four guarantees, all enforced server-side rather than by the interface.
The agent proposes; you approve. Write actions are staged for your sign-off, and an unapproved plan simply does not run.
Every run is recorded — what fired, when, and what it proposed — so the agent is inspectable rather than a black box.
Actions execute under the account that approved them, inside that team’s tenant boundary. The agent cannot reach anything you could not reach by hand.
Lithora does not show a success until the server confirms it. What the agent reports is what actually happened.
The full posture — session handling, tenant scoping, webhook verification — is on the security page.
Presets
The capabilities ship as named, installable presets over what Lithora already does. Each one stages its work for approval and keeps a run history.

Turns a failed pipeline on the default branch into an owned fix task.
Proposes the next cycle from your backlog and capacity.
Writes the daily standup from what actually moved.
Lithora is in public beta and dogfooded daily. The agent runs on a managed model with a daily message budget on every paid plan — 500 a day on Pro, 3,000 on Scale.
Seven-day trial on Pro and Scale. Point it at your sprint, your pull requests and your builds, and approve what you want shipped.
