Yes — both Pro and Scale come with a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. You won't be charged unless you add a payment method and continue after the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime to avoid being billed.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you downgrade and exceed the new plan's limits, you'll need to remove content before the change takes effect.
AI usage is a shared team pool, not per user. Each team gets a daily message quota that resets at midnight UTC (Pro: 500, Scale: 3,000). All team members share this quota. You can view current usage in your team settings. Unused messages don't roll over.
Personal storage is private to each seat (Pro: 5 GB/seat, Scale: 20 GB/seat). Team storage is a shared pool per team (Pro: 100 GB base + 5 GB/seat above 5 seats; Scale: 400 GB base + 15 GB/seat above 5). The shared pool auto-scales as you add seats, and you can expand it with tiered add-ons.
Add-ons apply only to your shared team storage and stack cumulatively (Pro and Scale). Tiers are 100 GB for $10, 250 GB for $20, 500 GB for $35, 1 TB for $60, and 2 TB for $100 per month. Buy as many as you need; they add on top of your seat-scaled base pool.
Pro supports files up to 200 MB each, and the Scale plan supports files up to 1 GB each.
We'll notify you as you approach a limit. For AI messages, once you hit the daily team pool you wait until the midnight UTC reset or upgrade. For storage, you won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or purchase a tiered add-on.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and OAuth tokens are encrypted at the field level. We use AWS S3 for storage. Scale adds advanced audit logs and SSO/SCIM (OIDC, with SCIM 2.0 provisioning). Custom data retention and IP allowlisting are on the roadmap, not in the product today. We are in public beta and not yet SOC 2 certified — SOC 2 is on our roadmap, and we do not offer an uptime SLA guarantee.
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Canceling during the 7-day trial means you won't be charged.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Both plans are billed monthly per seat today.
Yes. You can mint a read-only public share link for a project. It needs no login and no seat, it exposes only the project name, description and status plus task titles, status, priority and due dates — never member emails or internal ids — and you can revoke it or give it an expiry at any time.
