A Lithora workspace is not a folder of documents. It is a connected graph of issues, docs, files and GitHub activity — and Board, Timeline, Backlog and Calendar are just different questions asked of the same data.

Structure
Most tools grow by adding surfaces. Lithora grows by adding views onto the surface you already have.
Overview, Board, Backlog, Timeline, Calendar, Tasks, Files and Integrations are sub-views of the same project — not separate tools you have to keep in sync. Switching view never changes the data underneath.
The board answers “what is moving today”. Timeline answers “what ships this quarter, and is it slipping” — over the same tasks, dates and owners the board already knows about.
Pro runs up to 5 teams with 20 members each; Scale runs 15 teams with 50 each. Every team keeps its own projects, files and members, and you switch between them from one login.
Mail sent through the inbound parser becomes a task and the thread stays attached to it, so a customer reply and the work it caused live in the same place.
Access
Sharing work is where most workspaces force a bad trade: pay for a seat, or export a screenshot. Lithora has a read-only path for each case.
The guest role is read-only and never billable. Bring in a client, an exec, a designer or a contractor without buying them a seat — the objection to per-seat pricing, answered.
Mint a read-only public link to a project. It shows project name, description and status plus task title, status, priority and due date — no member emails, no internal ids. Set an expiry, revoke it whenever.
Tasks and projects go to Trash for 30 days. They disappear from every view immediately and can be restored the whole time, then they are purged for real.
Role-based access decides who administers a team, manages billing or changes settings, and every query is scoped to its tenant at the data layer. SSO and SCIM are available on Scale.

Storage
Every seat gets personal storage, and every team gets a shared pool that grows as the team does. Attach a file to a task and it stays with the task.
